II. Purpose of processing cookies
Cookies are understood to be small text files that a web server places on the terminal equipment when you visit and browse webpages. They are used to store data of the user and the user's login, which is why it is not necessary for a website to repeatedly request such information. On our website we only process so-called necessary cookies, also termed functional, essential or technical cookies. The legal basis on which we process cookies is the law, namely the provision of sec. 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications.
This legal provision lays down the following:

The obligation to obtain consent does not apply to law enforcement authorities or other government authorities. This shall not prevent any technical storage or access for the sole purpose of carrying out or facilitating the transmission of a communication over a network, or as strictly necessary in order to provide an information society service explicitly requested by the user.
IV. Identification of recipient or category of recipients
The cookies that we process are not made available to or provided for any recipients, these cookies are processed by us alone with our own means and for our own needs.
V. Transfer of cookies to a third country or to an international organization
The cookies that we process are not transferred to nor provided in any way for a third country or an international organization.
VI. Period of cookies storage
The cookies that we process are stored for a necessary period set by us, namely
- Authentication cookies - for a period of 24 hours after first logging in to the website
- Secure cookies - for a period of 24 hours after first logging in to the website
- Cookies that the user has been informed about/accepted cookies - for a period of 1 year after first logging in to the website

- the right to file a petition with a supervisory authority for proceedings to be instituted - if you believe that we process cookies unfairly or illegally, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, this being the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, State Surveillance of Electronic Communications Section, Továrenská 7, P.O. - the right of access to other data - you have the right to be provided with copies of data that we have about you in relation to cookies processing, as well as with the information about how we use such data. If you request the provision of such information through electronic means, you will be provided with them electronically (if this is technically viable)
- the right to rectification of data - we adopt reasonable measures to secure that the information we have at our disposal in relation to cookies processing is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Should you believe that the data which we have at our disposal are inaccurate, incomplete or not up-to-date, please feel free to request that we modify, update or complete such information
- the right to erasure of personal data - you have the right to request that we erase your data, for instance if the data that we have collected about you are no longer necessary to fulfil the original purpose of processing thereof. However, your right must be reviewed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For instance, we can have certain legal or regulatory obligations to comply with, which means that we will not be able to accommodate your request
- the right to restrict the processing of your personal data - under certain circumstances you have the right to request that we stop using your data. This includes, for instance, the cases when you believe that the data that we have about you could be inaccurate, or when you believe that we do not need to use your data any longer.
VIII. Profiling. Automated decision-making
In processing cookies we do not perform any profiling. In processing cookies no decision-making based exclusively on automated data processing is performed either.
IX. Information whether provision of data is a legal or contractual requirement
Provision of cookies by you is not a contractual requirement nor a legal requirement, but we are permitted to process them by the law.
